Very bad. No one asked me for the coupon. Misleading internet advertising. I could have done the same, paying only for the Metro ticket (less than 10% of the value of what I paid for the ticket). The guide didn't talk about the history of the Vatican or the popes at all.
Very expensive for what it is. The audience is free; you just have to pick up tickets to the Vatican a few days in advance. They charge for taking you on a bus with a guide who should explain much more. Don't buy it.
They charge for something that is free. From the agency, they take you to St. Peter's Square. That's the only service they provide. Upon arrival, they point you in the direction to enter and leave you on your own. The experience is wonderful, but it's free. They cannot charge for that.
