I was extremely disappointed with this tour. Not only was the guide late, but the "reserved seating" turned out to be free for those who queued up, following a first-come, first-served basis. The promised great view was nonexistent, leading us to abandon the tour to find better seats. NOT WORTH THE PRICE! I would recommend saving your money for the gift shop and skipping the audience experience!

We were removed from our tour because we had an elderly person who couldn't keep up with the tour guide. Don't book unless you can walk super fast.

traveler – Canada

Very poor. Not worth the money. A rip-off.

Just a scam. I arrived on time, and the group had already left (and, unfortunately, impossible to catch up with). Never book with them. You should be aware that GetYourGuide validates this scam (I have filed several complaints).

Ashamed! A guide who had nothing to teach us, not to mention her poor Spanish and anecdotes from her family that nobody was interested in. But €45 to accompany us 500 meters, tell us there is a checkpoint, and then leave us to find the place ourselves...it's literally a THEFT!!! Shameful trap!! Avoid at all costs.
